How much does the alarm system/CCTV app cost?

There is no cost for the app. We try to keep costs down for our customers by only working in partnership with companies that don’t charge for their app.

How many days playback do I get on CCTV recordings?

We can cater for what you need. We normally recommend around a month’s recording. This can be adjusted after installation.

Who can view my CCTV?

Once installed and set up, you are the primary owner. If required, you can add friends, family, staff as secondary users, limiting live view to nominated cameras and with or without playback permissions.

What's included in a maintenance call out?

On arrival our technicians will run a full system check to make sure everything is working as it should be. They’ll download the latest updates and enable any new features. They’ll check battery status of all devices and any back up batteries, replacing any that need replacing. Clear any cobwebs from devices and relocate any critters that have taken up residence.

What are the intruder alarm grade systems and what do they mean?

Grade 1 - Is designed for low risk spaces. Usually private properties in low-risk areas

Grade 2 - Is designed for medium risk spaces. Usually for small businesses or retail stores

Grade 3 - Is designed for high risk spaces. Usually warehouses/factories or large retail stores

Grade 4 - Is designed for very high risk spaces. Usually museums, banks, government buildings
